History/Social Science

2 years of history/social science required: 1 year of World History, & 1 year of U.S. history or 1 semester of U.S. history & 1 semester of Civics.

B

English

4 years of college-preparatory English

C

Mathematics

3 years of math required: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2 or higher levels (4 years are strongly recommended)

D

Science

2 years of science in two of these three subjects: biology, chemistry, or physics.

E

Language other than English

2 years required of the same language other than English (3 years recommended)

F

Visual & Performing Arts

1 year of college-preparatory visual & performing arts required:  dance, music, theater, visual arts or interdisciplinary arts.

G

College-Prep Elective

1 year of college-preparatory coursework required, chosen from: courses approved in the elective (G) subject area, or courses approved in the A-F subject areas
